Danas mi stigao odgovor u vidu poruke na Viber

......I do not register any claim for Anakee Adventure so far. Yours is the first I have received.

If the tire was possible to balance when it was new and there were no issues on the first 400 km, the tire was OK.
If there would be anything related to production, it would cause problems immediately, not only after 400km use.
To me it is strange, that the driver is claiming after 4500 km? Why not immediately?

There are several possibilities, which can cause wobbling effect, can be related to tire, but also not.. such as:
-        mechanical setup of the bike (suspension, forks etc..)
-        damage on the wheel
-        low pressure
-        use of Top case and side cases (if wrong weight distribution)
-        etc.. see more info on the page from our technical databook attached, page 79 – Handling difficulties

Now, after 4500 km there can be also uneven wear on the tread which can escalate the phenomenon.

Evo vlasnik firme mi nudi da platim 50% cene za novu gumu...
Mada mi nije jasno zasto i koliki je rok u km da se reklamira guma....poslednje putovanje je bilo 3500km i nisam mogao iz grcke posle 1000km da reklamiram gume nego kad se vratim....
Kako je u Cro ili Slo sa time? Iskustva?

Kod nas uopće nema reklamacija na gume, nakon 100 metara ko te hebe.
Ali mi smo bogati i to prodavači znaju, pa kupujemo novo

Jedna od stavki...koristiš top case i bočne kofere stalno i to pretrpane...odnosno loše raspoređene težine...neš ti

Zanderu, de odmah za ročkas promijeni i počasti se novim motorom, sad je prilika Neš sam gume nove stavljati, nema smisla
